Fyki Beach Restaurant

The new "talk of the island"!

Fyki Beach Restaurant Aegina

Set in the green bay of Aeginitissa under the eucalyptus trees, Fyki Beach Restaurant is a renewed gastronomic destination and the place to be for four consecutive years for both travelers and Aegina locals.

In harmony with the landscape, the earthy color palette sets the scene for relaxed moments by the sea. What is more, Fyki Beach Restaurant features an open sushi bar for the first time on the island, where the chef creates traditional Japanese dishes that you can enjoy both in the sushi area or on the sun lounger.

The restaurant’s cuisine, curated by chef Giannis Stanitsas and headed by Christos Karakostas, follows a creative Greek-Mediterranean philosophy featuring excellent quality raw materials, handmade broths, fresh herbs, fish of the day, and excellent meat. In other words, one can choose from a fresh grouper to a black pig from a selected farm at the foot of Mount Olympus cooked sautéed with sweet potato puree and mountain tea sauce.

Even Fyki’s bar follows the philosophy of handmade – everything is prepared right after your order. From the Polynesian Caribbean Pleasure with sweet tropical fruits served in a tiki glass, to the Juniper Garden with gin flavored with juniper leaves and green sage foam … an imaginative cocktail list is curated by bartender Dimitris Papaioannou.

Visit Fyki every morning for coffee, homemade juices, and breakfast! Follow Fyki Beach Restaurant on Instagram and Facebook and stay informed about the special events on the bay famous for the most beautiful sunset on the island. Do not miss the BBQ Thursdays on the beach, the incredible Sunday beach parties, and the Saturday nights when one of the owners, the much loved Nasos Stroumboulis, undertake our entertainment with his voice accompanied by special artists next to him!

Bonus Tip: Right before the sun sets is the best time of the day to enjoy the sea or your dinner at Fyki. It is when the everchanging colors of the sun setting are reflected in the blue waters of Aeginitissa bay that then feels like the legendary blue lagoon of the homonymous movie.
