Willy is obsessed with quality, and he does not cook any meat unless it is ISO certified! The excellent quality raw material, years of experience in the field and the secrets that give extra flavor to the dishes, make Willy in Souvala stand out. Even gyros is handmade and delicious! Willy puts cheese between the gyros meat, a secret that makes it truly delicious!

You’ll find the signature pita club sandwich, and exclusively in all of Aegina, the pita pot (a basket-style pita dish). They serve handmade chicken and beef skewers with no processing at all — unlike most options on the market, which often undergo some chemical or industrial treatment. There are also made-to-order dishes like classic beef patties, four different types of stuffed patties, Tomahawk beef steak, a carefully selected Uruguayan ribeye, and beef fillet with either truffle mayo or Roquefort sauce. Some of Willy’s best-sellers include the Caesar salad with gyro, and pastirma in many forms — like pastirma pie and fried eggs with soutzouki and pastirma.
