When you arrive you will understand why the locals call it the “Venice of Aegina. “.

In its aquamarine waters the supple eucalyptus trees are reflected as do the lights from the boats that spend the night in the tranquillity of this beautiful bay.

Aiginitissa is a must for swimming if you are the type that enjoys an organized beach with music and a hip crowd.

As far as food is concerned, one of the most famous taverns of the island, with excellent atmosphere, is located on a beautiful pier at Aiginitissa. If you are lucky, you might even bump into a celebrity.

The houses of Aiginitissa are perched on the hill above the sea. The view over this beautiful bay, the endless blue and the wonderful sunsets have stolen many hearts and lately there has been an increased demand for country houses in the area.

There is a series of stairs leading to α small church that seems to have come out of a fairy tale. Follow the small alley above the beach and you are there …

After your walk or swim at Aiginitissa, set off for Perdika. It is only 2 km away and one of the most charming villages on the island.
