How far can you go if you follow your passion? Lefteris and Nikos Spyridakis, inspirers and owners of SPIRI Roasters in the heart of Aegina, decided to innovate following their love for coffee. So, they created a small coffee processing unit on the island, reminding us that our coffee deserves to be exquisite. At the same time, SPIRI is a modern wine cellar, featuring fine wine labels and drinks from award-winning distilleries.

Since June 2020, the SPIRI brothers generously offer excellent coffee by SPIRI Roasters. Also, their beautiful shop offers many more delicious delights, from nuts and chocolates, sweets and treats, and exclusive wines and spirits. After the selected raw specialty grade coffee beans travel to SPIRI Roasters from producers worldwide, they pass quality control at every level of production, and they get roasted every day by the head roaster, Lefteris. Finally, they reach your glass as the ultimate coffee pleasure. Let us mention here that Lefteris has won 3rd place in the Panhellenic Roasting Championship in Technopolis Athens (Sep. 2023)!
A new beginning for Spiri Roasters is the opening of their new store in Athens, where you will be able to visit them on Theod Street. Diligianni 25, opposite the Athens traffic police station. Spiri coffee is already available in 10 places in Athens!
