An authentic Aegina lover since childhood, with the greatest and most important life experiences, as he describes himself, having lived in Aegina, Yiannis Linos spends more than half the year on “his island” and he wouldn’t change that for anything!
Yiannis Linos is the founder of Linos Real Estate, which has been active in our island for the last few years. LINOS Real Estate, was founded in 2009 and has been dedicated to providing specialized real estate services for residential, commercial properties and plots. Giannis and his team, with dedication and respect for the needs of customers, have managed to build a reputation and trust in the field of real estate. Why in Aegina…
Aegina has always been my parents’ favorite place. We came every summer as a family and a few years later we built our summer house in Aiginitissa, in the 60s.
What connects you to Aegina…
My friendships, the places, the beaches, the young loves, the incredible people I met and the professional successes that are still going on! All these make up a precious mosaic of experiences and emotions that make me fill with joy and gratitude for our island and I am convinced that they will accompany me forever!

When I get to Aegina, no matter how much stress I have, I immediately forget everything while walking… it’s a positive energy that calms your soul! The stress of life in Athens that I live every day is removed and the tranquility of Aegina takes the leading role. Here, I find the time to connect with nature and myself.
Favorite places on the island, hidden treasures…
I love and single out Aeginitissa and Perdika where I have lived the most important moments of my youth. In addition, if you have a sea means you discover many wonderful places around the island!

I love Aegina because…
of its positive energy! It has beautiful beaches, clear blue waters, traditional settlements and an island culture that wins you over immediately. Along with the presence of archaeological sites, monuments and archaeological excavations you feel that you are in a very important place.
