Stelios has discovered a new way to explore Aegina… with electric bikes! He is the first one to ever do it on our island actually, and he is equipped with all the necessary (professional qualifications and licenses) to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for his customers!
With a new rental office right in the heart of Agia Marina, on the main road, Aegina Bike Tours now has more electric bikes available — perfect for groups up to 10 people, ideal for friends and families alike.
Stelios has mapped out six different routes, including a new one from Tourlos to Vagia to Afea, so you can choose based on your fitness level and interests. The rides last between 2 and 3.5 hours and take you to incredible spots like the Temple of Afea, Paliachora, and the ancient Temple of Zeus atop Aegina’s mountain, as well as hidden beaches and charming, almost deserted villages. You’ll find yourself riding off-road through the island’s green mountains, with plenty of stops for Instagram-worthy selfies along the way.
Each tour is tailored to your group’s pace and preferences, so even if you’ve never ridden an electric bike before, Stelios will make sure you feel comfortable and enjoy every moment.
The best part? Stelios records the tours using his GoPro and now also a drone capturing stunning footage from every angle. At the end, you can review the shots and purchase any photos you like as a memento of your adventure.
Bonus tip: Every ride includes a small snack with local delicacies and water to keep your energy up. For an extra special experience, you can even arrange a BBQ with them in the picturesque village of Giannakides — the perfect way to end a day full of cycling and exploration.
